Reporting to the Executive Vice President Global Sales and Service of Interroll Group and serving as a member of the Global Sales Management team, the successful candidate is an enthusiastic and agile long-term thinker and leader who will drive Interroll’s overall growth strategy from both the sales and operations sides in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Iceland, embodying Interroll’s values and consolidating our Climate of Excellence in the Scandinavian region. In addition, he/she will lead effective planning of the investment budget for the region, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, Interroll policies, and supply chain optimization.
Was sind meine Aufgaben?
- Plan the sales budget in accordance with Interroll global targets
- Be responsible for the P&L of the assigned entity, managing it from sales, operations, legal, administrative, statutory, tax and regulation standpoints, providing a clear sense of direction and focus and embodying Interroll values
- Provide operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of products, information and services
- Directly manage key clients
- Effectively plan the investment budget in accordance with Group‘s policies
- Drive and optimize supply chain and sourcing plan
Was muss ich sonst noch wissen?
Proven experience in business development in similar industry is a must.
The job requires a business administration or engineering degree, English fluency and frequent travel to Europe and includes a comprehensive professional development program . The Managing Director will be part of the Interroll Global Sales Management team, meeting and collaborating globally with other Interroll Managing Directors and interacting directly with Interroll Group Management.
